Major DOM issue in VT

This must be taken care of before you go out of beta: (I'm connected to IB).

In the DOM, if the bid and ask are not 1 tick apart (like ER2 right now quoted as 700.50-700.80), the middle prices do not show up as lines in the DOM. So I can't enter a limit price between the bid and offer!
