Problem with Infinity Express 6 plugin

I have account with Infinity brokers and as per the list of supported brokers, i see infinity brokerage services.so i installed the plugin but still i do not see this broker in the preferences.

when i contacted infinity express, they couldn't help me with this.

I downloaded infinity express 6 plugin
as per the instructions in the following link

i tried to login with my username/password
i am getting the error, unable to connet to host.
