SIM Trend Control, what is it?

Whenever the Integrated Trading is connected, there is a winow with title "SIM Trend Control" showing up and can not be closed unless IB is disconnected.

Thanks for the post. The SIM Trend Controller is used for testing or creating trends with internal simulated data in the QuoteTrader App.

The only reason I can think that it would launch while you're connected to IB is if one of you other windows were to be using this connections (eSignal Simulated Data). Please check the title bar of each of your running windows to see if the Simulated Data is connected.
If you used the Connection All Window and have selected IB then this is a problem and I would recommend trying to create a new connection for the IB and see if correct it.

Sounds strange. Please ensure eSignal is down, start QuoteTrader configurator, delete your existing IB connection and create new one.
