QuoteTrader IB plugin not working in windows 2000

Hi, I’m entirely new to eSignal, so I thought I’d try out QuoteTrader. I downloaded and installed quotetrader959.exe. To experiment with real data, I’d like to use the data feed from my IB account; however, when I try to install the plugin with Configurator, I get the message “The procedure entry point TzSpecificLocalTimeToSystemTime could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.” My best guess is that the Configurator is trying to call this function to get time zone information, and the function was added in a more recent windows release than 2000, which I’m using. I also have an XP system, but it’s broken now. I realize windows 2000 is dated, but do you support it? If so, this error is making it impossible to use the IB plugin.

We don't officially support Win2K. However we're fixing compatibility issues since we have a number of clients on it. This problem will be resolved in October build.
