  • Problems logging in Quotetrader

    Hi,

    I can't login into quotetrader. It says that i'm not entitled but I already signed up for this and received an email with confirmation

    Account #: 2154880


    can anyone help me?

    Hi Sebastiian,
    Thank you for the post, I have checked your account and everything is correct and active.

    Please check the Data manager to confirm the correct username appears and please try re-entering the password to confirm it is correct.

    If you are still having problems or you do not have the username and password please PM me with your contact information and a good time to contact to continue troubleshooting.

      Hi Ahodgee,

      Problem is solved, i've had typed the username and password from esignal in quotetrader. but it had to be the one i requested when signing up for quotetrader.

        Hey Sebastian,
        Good to hear you were able to get the QuoteTrader up and going.

        So that you don't have to keep switching between username you can add the QuoteTrader onto you eSignal service. This is good in two ways,

        1 You don't have to change the password over and over,
        2 You'll be able to use the eSignal datA in QuoteTrader for backfilling charts or testing.


        Plese let me know or you can go into Account Maintenance and add the QuoteTrader on to your account.
