HMDS data farm connection is inactive

In IntegratedTrading of IB plugin, I saw messages which are something like "state xxxx, HMDS data farm connection is inactive but should be available upon demand. ......". Each time it appears, a short sound is played. Is there something wrong with IB plugin or IB TWS?

As soon as QuoteTrader plugins itself are unable to produce any sounds, seems like they are produced by TWS.
