Quotetrader DOM/MBTrading

I only see one level of market depth in Quotetrader for my live MBT Trading account in Trade Manager/DOM. In Navigator I have 5 steps of the ladder. Should the DOM look like the picture on the Quotetrader website if account is with MB Trading?

EUR/JPY on MB Trading. I have five levels in market depth on Navigator and was wondering if I should also have it on the Trade Manager through the MB feed.

Also, different issue: I have a 10 flat-panel display array. I notice when I open a new chart and move it to a different monitor, then click and drag the chart, my mouse/cursor instead moves around on monitor #1 (primary monitor). If I drag the chart to monitor #1, it behaves normally. I monitor a number of markets, options, futures and forex, and would need the charts to behave the same regardless of what part of the display it is located.
