trading from charts problem

it doesn't happen alot, like maybe one time in 20, but I see instances where the prices loaded into the trade confirm panel are different than the price that was 'clicked' on (usually a few tics to points different).

it's probably related to moving the mouse right after the click, but again, it doesn't do it every time even when trying to replicate it.

I hope someone is looking at this, it's a pretty big problem. I don't recall it happening before the new 1200 version.

it just screwed up another trade today.

windows 2000 platform
latest quotetrader version (1200)
mbt broker

see the screen shot.

trying to enter a limit sell at 1418 in esm8
1418 is highlighted in price column
(this is where the mouse down/up action occurred)

move mouse lower before order ticket pops up

5% chance or so that limit price is wrong in ticket
(see here, 1416.75 instead of 1418)

seems to happen more frequently with a bracket order
(stoploss here) and volume flowing in the product.

this is a huge issue. it is not possible to trade
without ticket confirmation and time to double check
the number.

Actually this is a known problem we're going to solve in the nearest releases.
