  • Problem setting up connection with TDAmeritrade plugin

    I first went to eSignal's TDAmeritrade page:


    From that page, I downloaded and ran "amtdbridge.exe"

    I went through the wizard and at the end, I chose to "Modify broker connection settings". So, I entered my connection settings and told it to test the connection.

    When it tries to connect, I get a "Connection call failed: broker was unable to connect" and then a bunch of HTML that it won't let me cut and paste. At the top of the HTML it says "Failed to login (bad response: <HTML><HEAD> ... etc."

    I have tried multiple times from different computers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Always the same message.

    I tried live support, but they said to just post on here.

    Hi Daniel,

    There was an update to their API that we needed to code to and complete testing.
    Would you please install this version and let me know if you're successfully able to log in?
