Will version from Aug 2007 still work ??

I used that version for a little in 2007,which needed the esignal plugin named :

DM_Client_8.1_R2.exe

Will they still work and with a newer user registration as well?

I think i had the same or a similar problem with that version with the data manager and also when i was subscribing to esignal as well.But Quotetrader finally did work (in 2007),so i am wondering if i should try and install that instead.

Does anyone know??
