My PFG plugin disconnects

every 3-5 minutes. Port 2000 and 2001 are open for outgoing connections on my firewall. PFGs own application which is also running does not disconnect.

The plugin reconnects immediatly but I think that will be a problem when i have open orders. Does anyone has the same problem? The version is 1.2.1445.1193

Could you please post here the message log? To get it you can open an AM window for your PFG connection, navigate to Messages tab and then press Ctrl + C to copy the messages.

Last weekend I contacted PFG and they said that this was the server probem. We tested the connection on our side again and the problem has gone.

Please check this on your side and let me know if problem no longer exists.

I have the same problems today. Several disconnects in 30 minutes.

It's interesting that PFG's own application does not disconnect at the same time.

I have currently the following TCP connections to PFG. It seems that one server adress is changing after each disconnect(38.98.132.134, 38.115.151.237, 38.98.132.133, 38.115.151.242,......). Maybe they have a loadbalanced server farm in their backend.
