esignal P/L on Chart

Hi,

I am new to Esignals,when i use esignal in paper trading mode i can see long/short positions and P/L on my chart.
but when i connect to PFGBEST Live account,esignals indicates only long/short position in blue without P/L display.
also the position line should change when from red/blue.

can someone assist me.

Thanks for the post and welcome to eSignal. I apologize for the delay in responding I was having trouble with my test machine that I corrected this morning.

Can you please post a screenshot of your charts so that I can see what's happening? I've been testing with the PFG and can not duplicate the P/L issue (Please seen screenshot below). Also can you tell me what versions of eSignal and the PFG plug-in you’re using?
For eSignal click on Help and About.

For the PFG Plug in Trade-->PFG Best-->About.
This why I can make sure we're both working with same version.
As far as the red/blue position line... it would change to red when the P/L goes negative and blue when your position goes positive.
