IB trade rejection

Hi, I am hooking up to trade into IB off the charts. Currently i have the latest version of IB, and esignal, and the plugin. I have mapped some symbols, such that i can read into esignal my positions from IB, and the chart clearly shows my open position on the chart.
However when i try and do a trade off the charts i get an error message.
I have attached a screen shot to show the error messages.

We didn't get the attachment, if you could retry or just let me know what the error is we can begin troubleshooting.

sorry trying again....
otherwise the error in the account manager message box comes up with the message
"error 300 cant find Eld with tickerid:19:id=19"
then
"error 200: No security definition has been found for the request:id=11"

attachment keeps getting rejected.....even though i have tried a couple of different file types.
