IB Plug-in: Unable to move stop on chart

I am using v1698 of the IB Plug-in. After an order that has been placed on a chart gets triggered, a stop and a limit target order lines appear on the chart. When I attempt to move my stop order line on the chart, I would receive a confirmation window and then an error after pressing the "Submit" button (see screenshot). The stop order line would disappear.

If "Confirm order before submitting" selection were not checked, I would not see any new windows pop up, but the stop order line would still disappear.

The error implies that an attempt was made to change the Time-In-Force.

The version of IB TWS being used is 898.4, Sept 28, 2009
