Getting Position

Hi All,

I know I can view the position if I go to the 'account manager' and click on the Positions tab. (This gives the quantity and Symbol which is all I need - doesn't fill out the average price or P/L fields with Oanda but I'm not concerned about that). However, I need to access that information through EFS so I can tell if my system is currently in a trade when eSignal starts.

Is there a way to retrieve these values through EFS?

Not currently, but we're planning to add this type of capability in 2010. Please see this thread for more details.

Okay, I saw it on the list for Q2 09 so hopefully the 2010 is accurate.

Quick question, is it possible within an EFS script to use input boxes or similar so that the user is prompted to enter a value which is assigned to a variable?

The project has been pushed out a couple of time due to other priority projects. We should be solid for starting development on this project Q2 2010.
