  • new IB bridge update problem

    I'm working with the bridge between eSignal and IB, I have installed the lastest upgrade and since then, when I place an order on the eSignal platform it's throwing up and error "not subscribed to daily data"...

    please advise.

    Please go into the Plug-in Configurator (Trade-->Configurator) remove the Interactive Broker Connecxtion you have listed and create a new connection by clicking new.

    Please let us know if the issue continues.
