GAIN PLUG in and XAU

Hello, the GAIN plug in does not track the value of the asset class for XAU properly and I would like to know how to correct this. all of the other Forex pairs seem to be tracking the values in sync with the online broker site. but XAU is off by a factor of 100. for example every $1.00 increase or decrease in value only shows up on the screen in eSignal as $0.01.

Would the GENERIC EFS work for Gain?

This can be corrected by going into to the Symbol Mapping for Gain Capital (Trade-->Gain Capital-->Symbol Mapping) highlight the symbols XAU and click Edit and changing the Tick Value. This will correct this issue for you.
