I issued an stop-market order to MB Trading. Order shows in e-signal and in the account manager, but the order never triggered (although it should have) and when I cancel it in e-signal, received message "no such order".
Disconnecting and re-connecting broker doesn't resolve the issue. The order still shows in e-signal, and in the account manager.
