FXCM Addon for ESignal

I have downloaded the Plugin configurator for Esignal to get the FXCM platform running .

However, on running the software my cponnection times out. I had someone fromn Esignal have a go using the remote system and they were unable to solve it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The message that you're showing is from the connection test and in some cased the connection has to check different ports. Since the connection test is limited to 60 seconds this can cause the test to fail.

Please try creating the connection without doing the test. Once the connection is created open eSignal and see if you get connected that way.

In the meantime we'll do some testing on this side to see if we can duplicate the issue.

Avery, tried what you sugeested and it looks likje its worked.

Will give it a try now to see if I can place some orders.
