ox plugin, "invalid password"

When the account manager is "green" - and brings back the correct account information - an attempt to make a trade results in the message "invalid password". Any ideas what is causing this as I must have the correct password because the account manager has correct account information.

This is one that I don't think I've seen in the past, how are you placing the trade? EFS, Trading from the Charts or Trade Manager?

Are you able to log in to your OptionsXpress account via their website?

yes, I can login and trade via the website using a browser, and the iphone using their mobile app.
