IB Bracket orders

I tried executing bracket orders on the advanced chart using the order ticket and they converted to regular non related orders. Is this a known problem?

Thank you for the post, this is not a known issue and from all the testing and troubleshooting have only heard of two instances where the one of the brackets did not cancel as the other filled.

When you say that it converted to two regular orders can you elaborate more on what happened when you placed the trade?
And one last this so that we can try and duplicate the issue,

What version of eSignal,
Version of the IB Bridge (plug-in)
Version of TWS
What type of instrument you were trading.
