issue with IB plug-in

I have issue with IB plugin for eSignal.

I have 2 computers. I have not been able to use the plug-in in one computer for months already. For the other computer it worked.

However, recently the plug-in doesn't work on the other computer too.

The plugin version is 1.2.2127.911.

Below shows the test result of the configurator. It is ok.


However, the status bar shows that it doesn't get connected to IB.


The pull-down menu shows that it is connected.


The symbol mapping shows ES future is there


The order default is as follows:


The order panel is greyed out. I can't place order.


I am using version 10.6.2224.946 (2/2/2011).


IB TWS version is

Richard,

It looks like you have not set Interactive Brokers as your Default Broker.

Following these instructon to get the default;

From eSignal click on Trade-->Preferences in the Integrated Trading window Interactive Broker should have a "Yes" in the Default column. If not highlight the Interactive Broker and on the bottom left click "Make Default".
