When using eSignal as the data provider in IB TWS, what update frequency is best to use? I see that it defaults to one update per second. Thanks.

Something to think about:
I'm sure there's some small print somewhere that says that in the event the eSignal data is out-of-sync with the IB data feed, the liability of execution slippage rests entirely with you. In other words, it's a good idea to keep that TWS up on your screen with IB data. Your executions are based on that data, not eSignal's. -
