Hi.
I once brought this up many months ago, but it hasn't been fixed:
I'm running the latest TWS and Java, eSignal 10.6.2224 on an Optiplex with Windows XP.
... and ibbridge.2127
When I'm connecting to TWS, the TWS Accept Incoming Connection Attempt windows pops up TWICE.
On the 1st one I click on Yes, then I'm connected.
On the the 2nd one I click on No. But I stay connected.
When I click on No in the 1st window, I don't get connected.
When I click on Yes in the 2nd window, I don't get connected.
In the eSignal Account Manager window it says "Blocked".
Further:
When I am connected, in the Accounts tab in the Account Manager, my IB account shows up twice.
I've been running ibbridge.2085 for a long time.
I hadn't have these issues.
My one account at IB showed up once in the Accounts tab in the Account Manager. And the TWS Yes/No window popped up once.
These are just minor annoyances and I've been ignoring them. Still they're annoying.
When I uninstall ibbridge.2127 and reinstall ibbridge.2085, then I don't have these problems.
I contacted IB, and they told me to tell you to fix this thing.
Maybe, if this is a Registry issue in XP, could you tell me where to look it up?
