Problems with Trade manager transact Infinity

I have a problem with Trade manager in esignal 11.4.If I choose Demo all Ok. if I choose my account with Infinity Transact the trade manager is empty.
I have configured all like manual says I have connection with transact too but if I choose my account to trade with them the trade manager is empty

I choose ES #F too I have done the link too.

I´ve reinstalled now is working.
