ib symbolmapping problem

After install Dec 4 esignal 11.5 2981 version, i can not do symbol mapping for IB even i already connected to IB. But in previous Oct 4 2838 version, I can do it and it is working fine. I had to reinstall 2838 version.
Can someone check why it is not working in esignal 11.5 2981?

Hello Farshine,

Are you getting any type of error message or can you elaborate on what happens when you try and map the symbols?
Also are you using the Web version of TWS or the standalone?
Is this a Friends and Family or Single account?

From the Answers give here I can better troubleshoot what the issue might be.

hi, thanks for your response. After uninstalled esignal 11.5, I installed esignal 2890and it is working now. Looks like can not just updated from previous version. Need to uninstall previous version first!
