eSignal with Iinteractive Brokers

Hi there support,

I'm a full-time day trader and I use eSignal and Interactive Brokers with it, however since your latest updates I cannot trade off the chart properly. When I modify an order in eSignal I need to confirm it in TWS. I am very unhappy. When will this be fixed please, as I am currently looking around for other software to meet my requirements. eg. Not having issues with the 6J etc. Every time you bring out a new version of eSignal I always find a bunch of problems with it and regret upgrading.

Yes. This is an issue we're aware of and have been working with Interactive Brokers to resolve. The issues is associated with a flag that is being set to enable trading outside RTH. This is where we're working with IB to try and determine the affects of this flag has. I don’t have an estimate time of repair on this one but will keep you posted.
