    The message you're receiving is actually coming FROM THE BROKER into eSignal, and the message mean that on a per second bases your execeeding the symbol data request that TWS allows. At any give time you can request data for up to 50 symbols through the API back to TWS. You're requesting 132. The way to resolve this is disconnect the IB plug-in in the Broker Manager, Click on the "Dictionary and Order Default" and remove some of the symbols you have in the dictionary. Once you're reduced number ot less the 50 the API will allow you to remain connected.

    Trouble with API connection

    Hello everyone,

    since yesterday (feb 03).

    When I trying to connect eSignal with my broker (API)

    That works 1 sec and cut off.

    In Account Manager, I can read that.

    1 step - checking Market Data cashfarm ok usfarm ok ushmds ok

    i am connected and just after I had this message ERROR

    “maximum rate of messages per second has been exceeded”
    “No security definition has been found for the request”

    maximum= 50
    rec= 131 , 52 , 89

    What are these messages than eSignal platform send to my Broker

    They exceeded reception capacity (max=50)

    IB automatically cut off connection and eSignal trying again to restart connection.

    What the matther, I have not change anything.

    Anyone can help me Thanks
