eSignal Mapping Trouble

Hi Juju,

We've been getting an increased number of calls about this same issue and are investigating what may have changes on the IB or eSignal side to have broken the link between the symbols.

Unfortunately at this time I don't have a better solution to correct this other than to manually map the symbols.

To help troubleshoot and find the reason for this have you updated any of the following recently?

TWS, eSignal, Java, Windows?

Hi everyone,

I lost my mapping for couple symbols (all my current portfolio into IB account).

How i can fix that ?

Impossible to override symbols manually.
