im trying to get my esignal data to run through tws but everytime I connect i get the message Error: "eSignal cannot start: Library C:\Jts\dbcapi.dll cannot be loaded."
this happens regardless of whether i use TWS on my desktop or whatever version I use direct from the interactive brokers site.
I have seen previous posts with this exact issue but nothing mentioned has resolved it

There is one other options, If you user the Internet Version of TWS where you log in from the IB website. The error has not come up there.
Well it is for me........
ive spent most of the day on the european helpline getting put onto the answerphone after 10mins , the one time I got through and spoke to someone I got cut off midconversation
im running windows 7 64bit which keeps cropping up in discussion
any help is welcome
