I have set up a small MACD cross automated trading using eSignal's IB integrated order input.
It all works out well but...
How can I get rid of the (IB or eSignal?) order confirmation panel? It says: ''Integrated Broker Confirm EFS: SELL etc Yes/No?''.
And the buy/sell signals are the open of the next bar to avoid noise. Is that the usual manner or is there another and better way?
I am using Ver 7.5 beta Build 619 and the very latest TWS build. The contract is ES Z3.
