Need advice on optimization of variables in esignal

Assume I am using a basic moving average crossover system, using Jurik averages, written in EFS. I have thousands of possible combinations of variables, if you consider timeframe, moving avg lengths, and moving average phase (from -100 to +100). What is the best way to find the optimal combination of variables? Is it even possible in esignal, or do I need another application? BTW, my system is actually very complex and has elements that are not supported by many other development platforms such as TS and Investor/RT. In other words, I am "forced" to use esignal as my signal generation/charting application.
