  • Unable to Receive Daily Data

    Hi,

    I'm having problems receiving daily data. I'm able to receive all other intervals. I have disabled my firewall but still having problems.

    This has happened a number times.

    Can someone please let me know if there is a way to resolve this problem. I have restarted esignal a number of times but still having problems.

    Any help will be appreciated as technical support is closed.

    From what I can see at my end daily data appears to be available.
    When you restart eSignal make sure you also restart the Data Manager

        Alex,

        This is crazy, its happening again and I restarted the data manager the way I did when it wasn't working a while ago.

        Do you have any other suggestions?
