Alert Window Position

Hi all,

I think it would be more appropriate to ask the following question on this forum rather than technical support.

Can someone please tell me if iits possible to have the alert window appear in a different position. At the moment, when I get an alert, from the alert pop up window, it appears dead centre in the middle of the screen. Sometimes I might be the middle of submitting a trade and I'll get an alert smack in the middle of the screen and when I click on it I'm taken right into esignal.

If you are referring to the Triggered Alert List window (ie the one that shows alerts generated by an efs) then simply move it to a different location on the screen. The next time it pops up it will open in that location

Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting back to me. Actually, I meant the alert window that comes as part of the program. Anyway, I contacted technical support here in London and they told me that it wasn't possible as its hardcoded.
