coloring the bars

Am I able to color the bars on the histogram different colors.If the current bar had more value than the previous bar then it would be green. If it had less value than the previous bar then it would be red Can we make that work?

You will need to do that with a formula. Run a Search for MACD and you should find several versions of the study already programmed to do what you are asking for.
