Asian session break out strategy
Hi Folks
I've prepared a video expalining a strategy I'vebeen using for about 3+ years. I use this on the major currency pairs and not just the pair mentioned in this video.
I think that most details are covered in the video with the only point of confusion being the time of teh break out. I Mention that I use 8am (BST UK) or 7am (GMT) which is the time I generally start actively looking for trading opportunities (this obviously changes to 8am (GMT) when the clocks again change at the end of british summer time). This time is arbitrary in that it is simply when I decide to start trading (i.e. 8am in the morning). The important point about this strategy is that you need to identify that there has been a range during a session that you trade. This will hopefully be obvious as it will usually have developed over several hours.
I hope that this will be as beneficial to some of you as it has been to me.
