color coding my moving average and ...

I was curious if you could leadme in the right direction on this subject. I am trying to get my moving average to change color when there is a change in sequence ( turn up--blue turn down--red), and then I am trying to connect that to my chart so that my bars change color along with the moving average...I you could offer up any help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
