The interval that you use is highly dependant upon what your trading goals are.
While one-minute charts are acceptable for daytraders, they aren't as important for traders who hold overnight. Most intraday traders tend to utilize the 3-minute interval as a straightforward way to watch the intraday price action.
I would recommend working with different intervals until you find one that is in line with your goals.
