ask for help on using #inside and inside size

Can somebody give me a few tips about how to use the #inside and inside size information in market depth windows? Any comments or helpful links are appreciated.

The main advantage I can see for using the new columns is to help identify the important market makers for a particular stock. Here's a great article on the subject.
