                      • Elliott/Fib Long-term pattern: VNO

                        VNO is near a point where it could become a Type-2 sell. There is strong long-term fib confluence at 64.5.

                        Please don't trade VNO based on this post.

                            Hi Mike,

                            Hope you or Jeff don't mind me answering this... but I noticed you asked a Type 2 question, and since that is my forte, I thought I would try to help.

                            Mike, I think you might want to be careful taking a Type 2 sell yet on VNO. Give the oscillators a little more time to build better divergence.

                            Based on the pattern I don't think this last leg up since May is over. If it were to dip back down here at the 64.5 area, I strongly suspect it will be bought up again. I don't think the top is in place yet.

                            A couple ideas, use the weekly W3 MOB as a near-term guide; use the lower end of the daily w5 MOB as a short-term directional (stronger above/weaker below).
