RAVENQUOTE REFUGEE. I miss my RQ quotesheets .
I instantly knew what was happening when it was happening!
Here's a flashback (Jan. 5, 2002) two years ago on the NAS.
Note the 40/3,-3/9ma color bar price cross alerts...and the H/L lines
Also RSI color bar.....good stuff! The chart still looks relevant?<g>
This is a very formula driven chart...count them!<g> Matt rules!
Don't miss the S/R tabs on right. A very advanced chart!
Here's another charting blast from the past.EMLX Jan. 2002 Note: the run-up to option play setup.
Not much has changed...I'm playing the 1998~1999 setup
History does repeat it's self?
Been there done that.....Dow was about 10200 Deja-vu<g>
FLASHBACK Jan 2002 'Advanced Charting Methods & Ideas'
Another interesting chart from the past...still relevant. Use your IMAGINATION
I admit I was skeptical the chart would make this amazing
recovery in early July...
...studying chart patterns from 1998~1999 may be insightful?
Study 2002 also....a very difficult year, why? Since we did a
reversal of 2002 chart this year. What are the differences...what changed?
What are expectations for coming change now?
I'm not very bearish just yet, but keep an open mind.
Intraday cycles effect alot of trading swings, which
affect traders playing psychological games...oops futs breaking up
toward 200ma....better post now<g> trading range now?
Hi J.... The lines you asked about I think are the Wave 4 Channels that show up when the probability of a Wave 4 pullback is high. I cannot totally tell you 100% for sure what they are because I honestly don't know. I have found these channel lines to displace themselves differently depending on the data pattern and Wave 4 application being used, so I really think there is some part of the algorithm that changes the values depending on the situation. That is my honest guess. Nevertheless, the thing that is of primary importance when you see those W4 "Railroad tracks" do you see a more clear Type 1 trade opportunity building? These channel lines are probability indicators designed to help you guage the quality behind the Type 1 setup. Here is a link to check out for a review, more details of the Wave 4 Channels, click here. Take care and my best wishes to you for a very successful, joyous year 2004!
Thanks Marc! It appears I have alot of reading
to do on your methods..You've done much work!
That is interesting....note: the railroad tracks gone now
as chart reversed ,cool.
It appears the 4w channels appear between the 9ma and 20ma?
You can note current price and position are aligning w/
next 4w projection on right. I will watch for tracks to appear
when retraces. The 2min chart is unique IMO w/moving avg
relationships, candlestick patterns to.

The RSI crossing bollingerbands is awesome as usual.
Note:RSI cross 50
Each trader experiences the market as they visualize
the big picture in their minds. Successful traders are
able to navigate the markets using proven methods & ideas.
Here is a very successful trader using a lesser charting program.
...it's about believing in methods and skills then doing.
Now, from my perspective....Different viewpoint similar methods.
Eyes and ears are bad witnesses to men who have not an understanding heart.
then again; it is hard to contend against the heart; for it
is ready to sell the soul for it's desires.
