Support / resistance formulas

Hello I am wondering if anybody out there knows of an easy language formula that incorporates support and resistance? If not then Can you direct me where to go where I can have somebody write it up for me? I know how I want to trade. I just need the formula written up so I can backtest it to be sure.

Any suggestions are welcome.
