Pivot Console

Is anyone using the pivot console program that Chris wrote? If so, under what circumstances would the "half" or "full" gap setting be applicable?

If a gap exists, it seems that the "half" setting captures daily activity pretty well but not always. I'm wondering if there are some rules to use in selecting this setting in the morning hours.
