EXCEL Spreadsheet?

I was wondering if anyone new where I could upload symbols (websites?) I have on my own excel spread sheet so I could add volume, etc. Or, be able to put in 200 or more symbols with a cut &paste feature?

There are many sites which list symbols, I have found the one below to be quite useful. It also has Industry groups.
