How to avoid high emails activity when subscribing to Central File sharing?

Hi,

I have subscribed to around 30 groups on eSignalCentral Filesharing so every day I received around 30-40 emails notifications when new files are available.

I would like to limit this traffic to 1 or 2 groups I follow intensively : how can I do that without unsubscribing to all my groups ?

Pull up USER CP right under Bulletin Board, select view all subscribed threads, and unsubscribe to all threads you wish to. You can also select view all subscribed forums and unsubscribe to those individually as you wish.
