Hello,

I have just been informed that esignal customers are having problems viewing data on their charts for March 15th. I just would like to make sure this is case. Therefore, can someone please let me know if they're also having problems viewing data for March 15th.

There is currently an issue with the daily historical data for the March 15th. The intraday data for the 15th is working normally. You may want to visit our System Status page to see any issues that may be occurring. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Carlton,

The issue with the daily data has been resolved. The daily data for March 15th is now accessible. One can see this data by either exiting and re-entering the program or by hitting CNTRL+left mouse click on the green OK at the top of the cursor window. Please let me know if you have any questions.
