Viewing FX Charts

HI,

I just added real time Forex to my subscription, and I am not able to view any charts. I am using symbols exactly as I have seen them used on charts posted in the Forex section, but it only gives me a blank chart. Could someone please help me out? Thank you very much, I really appreciate the help!

what does it say? "Not ent." -- if so, your subscription isn't active. Try restarting the data manager. (Reboot if your not sure how to do this).

Here's one I use for cash market of euro-usd:
EUR A0-FX

or for futures (jun 04):
6E M4

or futures continuous:
6E #F


ALSO: Did you subscribe to FOREX or FUTURES? You can trade futures (6E) w/ just CME. But, you'll need that forex section (another $50+/month) for the cash market?

Thanks for the reply, here is what my chart looks like:

There is an error in the symbol. The 0 in A0 should be a zero not the letter O.
