Hello
I have come to one of the final pieces in the jigzaw puzzle in trading and that is stock selection. I have recently subscribed to MarketSceen (which I highly recommend) and I'm trying to devise a power search.
I was wondering if any of you guys can either let me test your search methods or take a look at mine (see image) and let me have your comments. Its designed to do the following:
look for stocks whose prices have screamed higher in the past six months on increasing volume. An overlay of $100-million market cap and 10,000 average daily volume separates out the smallest companies. We use this search only to identify recent top performers regardless of valuation.
All comments and suggestion very much welcomed.
Cheers
Carlton
