Earl's Charting templates

Over the weekend Earlarizona from woodies cci room posted some chart templates. I can't seem to find them though i saw them on the file sharing page at the bottom under the most recent additions , i think thats what its called but i don't know where to find them in the bulletin board.If somone could help in pointing me to them would be very thankful
