The problem has been resolved, and we are now broadcasting real time data again. There will be ongoing investigation what has caused the delay. At this time, we are unable to guarantee that delays will not ressume during fast markets.
New servers which carry the Eurex data were deployed yesterday, and we believed they would lead to a final solution to the delays we had seen during the past few weeks. Currently we are unable to say what caused the delay this morning.
The data is streaming in real time again. But as mentioned in the previous post, delays are likely to be seen again during volume spikes. Engineers are continuously working on this issue.
Unfortunately the delays on the Eurex continue this morning. We are still investigating and will update this post as soon as more information is available.
New hardware was installed yesterday morning (GMT) and performed w/o delays today. We will continue to monitor the feed (and pay special attention during key market announcements) to insure we have resolved the issue.
